POINTS EXPRESSED:	It is important to know the rules and regulations for accepting the AMC. If you want to register your CHAIRS for AMC, customers should follow the terms and conditions given below:
*1	AS PER PACKAGE OUR TECHNICIAN WILL ATTAND THE CALLS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME ON NORMAL WORKING DAYS AND TIME , IF UNDER FREE CALLS
*2	PARTS COVERED IN RESPECTIVE PACKAGES IN AND ABOVE
*3	DIAGNOSIS OF CHAIRS – TECHNICIAN WILL INSPECT EACH CHAIR AND PUT A SERIAL NO. TAG ON CHAIR AND NOTE THE PROBLEMS IN OUR DIAGNOSIS SHEET (INTERNAL USE)
*4	PAY BACK ON ORDER- WE WILL ADJUST THE AMOUNT AS PER RESPECTIVE PACKAGE BOOKED
*5	AS PER DIAGNOSIS OF CHAIRS WE WILL SEGGREGATE HIGH AND MEDIUM-LOW CHAIRS And NO. OF CHAIRS FOR ELIGIBILITY OF PACKAGES
*6	IF 3 YEARS AMC CONTRACT IS TAKEN THEN ESP. 20% DISCOUNT IS GIVEN ON THE TOTAL AMOUT (NO. OF CHAIR X 3(YRS OF CONTRACT)
*7	ALSO THE RATE EFFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF CONTRACT IS FIXED AND NO PRICE ESCALATION WILL BE DONE AS PER MARKET CONDITION EXCEPT APPLICABLE TAX RATES )OTHER PARTS CHARGES WILL ALSO BE AS ON THE DATE OF CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY PRICE INCREMENT WITHIN 3 YEARS
*8	LOYALITY BENEFIT-IF NEW CHAIRS PURCHASED FROM COMFORT SEATINGS (SISTER CONCERN) PACKAGE FACILITIES UPGRADED1)THEN SILVER PACKAGE AUTO UPGRADE TO GOLDEN 2) GOLDEN TO PLATINUM 3) PLATINUM – ALL CHAIR PARTS COVERED IN AMC PACKAGES
*9	PARTS COVERED IN RESPECTIVE PACKAGES ELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNTSIF 3 YEARS AMC CONTRACT IS TAKEN THEN THE RATES OF PARTS CHARGABLE REMAINS FIXED FOR THE TOTAL PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT
*10	AMC PACKAGE THE CHAIRS PARTS LABOUR ARE ELIGABLE FOR RESPECTIVE DISCOUNTS
*11	ANY EXCLUSIVE PARTS WHICH ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN MARKET OR IS A PART OF A BRANDED CHAIR THEN WE DON’T COVER THEM IN AMC PACKAGES .
*12	CHAIRS WHOSE FABRIC AND FOAM REQUIRES TO BE RE-UPHOLSTERED THEN OUR TECHNICIAN WILL ASSES IF POSSIBLE TO DO THE WORK , AND BASED ON FABRIC AND CHAIRDESIGN WE WILL PLACE THE QUOTE FOR THE SAME (NOT INCLUDED IN ANY PACKAGE )
*13	WE ARE EXCLUSIVELY TAKING CONTRACT FOR REPAIRING OF REVOLVING CHAIRS,WHERE SOME PARTS WHICH ARE UNCOMMAN THEN WE NEED TO ASSESS AND PALCE THE QUOTE
*14	WE DO OIL AND SHAMPOO CLEANING OF ARMS LEGS TO MAKE THE CHAIRS LOOKS NEW , AGAIN IT DEPENDS ON THE CONDITION OF THE PARTS . REQUIRE TO ASSESS
*15	WE HAVE SEPARATE TEAM FOR CLEANING OF FABRIC , WORK IS TAKEN UP SUBJECT TO CONDITION OF FABRIC/LEATHERRETE
*16	ALL WORKS CONTRACT ARE SUBJECT TO SERVICE TAX AS APPLICABLE AND IF PARTS ARE PURCHASED FROM US SEPERATELY THEN VAT IS APPLICABLE
*17 -PAYMENT CRITERIA	ON SIGNING OF THE RESPECTIVE CONTRACT 50% OF THE ANNUAL AMOUNT IS TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE AND BALANCE PAYMENTS ON THE 6TH MONTH OF THE FINANCIAL YEAR .IN CASE OF 3 YRS CONTRACT 50 % ADVANCE TO BE PAID OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT AND ANOTHER 25% PAYMENT ON COMPLETION OF FIRST YEAR OF CONTRACTBALANCE 25% ON THE 18TH MONTH OF THE CONTRACT.IF THE PAYMENTS ARE NOT RECEIVED AS PER STAPULATED TIME FRAME , WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND FORFEIGHT THE ADVANCE AMOUNT RECEIVED.IN CANCELLED CONTRACT PERIOD NO SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES .CANCELLED CONTRACT CAN BE REVIVED ON PAYING AN INTEREST AMOUNT OF 24% PER ANNUM(CALCULATED ON THE NO. OF DAYS DELAY)ON ACTUAL BALANCE DUE AMOUNT .
*18	WHILE REPAIRING OF CHAIRS IF ANY PARTS ARE ACCIDENTLY BROKEN AND IT IS DENTED BECAUSE OF TIGHT OR WRONG FITTING ORIF THE PARTS ARE NOT REPAIRABLE BECAUSE OF OTHER FACTORS LIKE – SCREW HOLE /T-NUT DAMAGEIF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE HAPPENS TO ANY OF THE ORGANIZATION PROPERTY OR LOSS OF GOODS WAY OF THEFT ,OR ANY SUCH INCIDENTTHEN CHAIR DOCTORS OR ITS EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES .PROPER SPACE AND HUMAN RESOURCES TO BE PROVIDED TO GUIDE OUR TECHNICIAN TO VARIOUS CHAIRS POSITIONS AND HELP THEM WITHWORKING ENVIRONMENT AT HYGENIC PLACE.ORGANIZATION SHOULD APPOINT SUPERVISIOR TO ASSIST IN FREE ACCESS TO THE OFFICE DEPARTMENTS AND VIGILANCE.
*19	WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO REPLACE THE EXACT PARTS IF IT IS OBSELETE OR NOT AVAILABLE , THEN WE TRY TO GIVE SIMILAR PARTS IF AVAILABLE.
*20	IF AMC IS TAKEN , IT IS PRESUMED THAT ALL THE POINTS ADDRESSED BY M/S CHAIR DOCTOR IS ACCEPTED .
*21	The agreement will be terminated in case of change of ownership or change of site and amount to be deducted will be calculated as per duration it wasunder AMC under particular company and the designated site address it was unchanged.IN LINE TO IT , One month advance notice should be given in the change of ownersip or shifting of site in order to get balance proportinate refund .
*22	IF THE company close down its business , then we are not liable to pay any refund for the due period under AMC contract .
*23	The customer is expected to keep available the said Chairs / or other facilities. In case of any difficulty the date should be changed in advance by mutual consent.Alternatively the visit will be treated as completed. If the chairs under AMC is not given to our technician for maintenance due to any whatsoever reason.
*24	Either party shall entitled to terminate the agreement , within 7 days of contract visit, after furnishing valid and authentic reason with one month notice,and the customer shall be entitled to refund of the advance on pro-rata basis for the unexpired period of the agreement.
*25	If there is any breakdown visit in between 2 AMC visits, the same can be adjusted in the total number of AMC visits or, if desired, can be charged extra.
*26	All defective parts shall be replaced with compatible working parts and defective parts shall be company’s property.
*27	This contract is offered to the customers who are residing within the municipal limits of the city/town of 25KM RADIUS . However customers residingoutside the municipal limits of the city/town of our service centre can also opt for this contract, but in this case service will be undertaken only Under warrantyfollowing stated activities will be performed free of cost as per warranty/amc contract term, only overhead of the company of sending technician will be charged .This overhead charge covers conveyance, accommodation, food, & daily allowance of the technician.
*28	In case the service contract is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period or of previous contract, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipmentby the company’s representative and verifying that it is in working condition. In case set is found defective and any repair needs to be done, then it will be repair first and takeninto contract and the cost (labor and parts) shall be borne by the customer.
*29	TECHNICIAN will attain the EMERGENCY problem on phone, whatsapp or by email. If trouble persist/not resolved, We will send technician/engineer ,depending upon criticality, site location & availability of conveyance & technician. That won,t be accepted as a point of objection for termination of contract.
*30	While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising.
*31	The contract in not transferable in event of resale/gift/change of ownership to any other person and no refund shall be given.
*32	The REPAIRING equipment brought to the Site will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages causeddue to the factors beyond its control.
*33-Warranty Condition:	Warranty does not cover replacement of chair parts or repair/services or is not under obligatons because of active AMC contract
	1. Product is not installed & commissioned by our authorized person.
	2. Chairs kept in open atmosphere.
	(All Chairs under AMC are mandatory to be indoor, in well secured and clean place)
	3. The product is physically damaged.
	4. The product is modified, repaired, disassembled by any third party other than US i.e. Damage arising out of unauthorized modification, repair and alteration.
	5. Product operation outside the usage parameters or used other then only seating.
	6. Any malfunction or failure in the product resulting from exposure due to site /environmental condition like dirt, sand, rain, flood, fire, etc.
	7. Model no. or serial no. label / sticker of product is removed, defaced, mutilated or tampered with.
	8. Rat bite, termite, neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquakes etc. or causes other than ordinary use.
	9.Any external chair components like upholstery/foam/stain or liquid slippage in fabric or foam is not covered under warranty.
	10.Any equipment manufactured by other manufacturing company which does not bear any warranty the same can’t be given from our end .
	11. This work & terms will be site specific & on case to case basis.
	12. Under no condition the complete chair will be fully replaced. Warranty means only repair of the equipment by repairing defective component if part is not repaired, will be replaced if under package .
