Customers who opt for On call– paid servicing as against AMCs are also assured of, maintenance and repairs.

This can be done by a combination of preventive maintenance and contingency cover. It is therefore necessary to consider and choose annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) to ensure smooth functioning of your business with chair.

Maintenance contracts

An AMC is a contract signed with a service provider for routine maintenance at a predetermined cost. An AMC is usually renewable on an annual basis. However, there is also option and offers for extended warranties at the time of purchase of a particular TYPE OF AMC or service, where you can sign up for maintenance for 2-3 years at a fixed annual price, payable upfront.

FILL IN THE REQUIRED DETAILS AND UPLOAD THE IMAGE OF AT LEAST ONE CHAIR .

Step-2

We will call to understand the requirement and would send NEFT DETAILS TO PAY A minimal diagnose charge (REFUNABLE )to Book an appointment to diagnose each chair thoroughly with our diagnose sheet by our technician .

We will send a diagnosis report of CHAIRS

First to find whether it can come under AMC and under which category.

The cost of the AMC will depend on the CHAIRS

  1. CURRENT CONDITION -USEABILITY ,
  2. DATE OF PURCHASE-AGE
  3. Quality of parts used- GENUINITY
  4. Category of chairs (high or medium )-STANDARD
  5. Quantity to come under required category .-VOLUME

We will finalize the amc contract based of above parameters . Once the contract is signed and confirmed with payment,

the diagnose charge is partly or fully refunded based on SILVER /GOLD OR PLATINUM AMC PACKAGE.
