After the expiry of the warranty period you have the option of opting for an Annual Maintenance contract (AMC) .
Our service engineers undertake to do the servicing at a location convenient to the customer. AMC Maintenance contract (AMC with-out parts) holders will also benefit from replacement of major parts as required at reasonable prices. Regular servicing ensures years of trouble free seating.
Customers who opt for On call– paid servicing as against AMCs are also assured of, maintenance and repairs.
Hence they also require regular servicing and maintenance to prolong their functional life.
This can be done by a combination of preventive maintenance and contingency cover. It is therefore necessary to consider and choose annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) to ensure smooth functioning of your business with chair.
Maintenance contracts
An AMC is a contract signed with a service provider for routine maintenance at a predetermined cost. An AMC is usually renewable on an annual basis. However, there is also option and offers for extended warranties at the time of purchase of a particular TYPE OF AMC or service, where you can sign up for maintenance for 2-3 years at a fixed annual price, payable upfront.
AMCs are usually s – comprehensive. It is prudent to opt for a comprehensive AMC for items where the replacement of spare parts is expensive. We will call to understand the requirement and would send NEFT DETAILS TO PAY A minimal diagnose charge (REFUNABLE )to Book an appointment to diagnose each chair thoroughly with our diagnose sheet by our technician .
We will send a diagnosis report of CHAIRS
First to find whether it can come under AMC and under which category.
The cost of the AMC will depend on the CHAIRS
We will finalize the amc contract based of above parameters . Once the contract is signed and confirmed with payment,
the diagnose charge is partly or fully refunded based on SILVER /GOLD OR PLATINUM AMC PACKAGE.
EACH PACKAGE COMES WITH LOADS OF FREEBIES AND BENEFITS WHICH ARE TRANSPARENTLY EXPLAINED INCLUDING ALL THE CLAUSE TO THE CONTRACT.
